GENERAL

Compressport Heritage Run 2016 is a running event that will take you to experience Indonesian culture and heritage through the beautiful miniatures at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. The run covers total of 10 km inside TMII area and runners are about to see unique and distinct architecture from each province in Indonesia.

Compressport Heritage Run 2016 will be held on Sunday, September 18, 2016.

There is going to be 10K and 5K categories

Flag off for both events will commence at 0600 hrs for 10km and 0615 hrs for 5km. Runners are reminded to keep themselves hydrated throughout. There are hydration stations along the route.

  • 10KM (16 years and above as of race day)
  • 5KM (13 years and above as of race day)

For participants under 17 years need to submit a letter of parental consent. Download here.

All Official Finishers of 10K and 5K of Compressport Heritage Run 2016 will receive Medals upon completion of the race.  Please note that participants who cross the Finish Line after COT will not be recognized as Official Finishers and are not guaranteed a medal or a finishing time.

Compressport Heritage Run 2016 will be using MyLaps timing system. Your timing chip will be attached to you during the whole race and you are not allowed to remove the chip from you. You must wear your chip to receive your official time.

Yes, you can compete for charity. You or the team can wear a t-shirt with a logo or organizational attributes that you endorse.

For reasons of safety the participants, the organizers limit participants slot. Organizers will not accept any more when the slots has been fulfilled.

Registration admission fees are very depending on race packages. Please check the Race Packages page to find the information about the race packages fees.

You can make payment by VISA/MasterCard/Amex through the online payment portal which you will be directed to after you’ve duly completed your registration.

We will close the registration for each category when it is full. Our message is: Do not be late to register!

No. Race registrations are strictly non-transferable in the interest of the runners’ well being and safety the Organizer strictly prohibits and strongly discourages the sale, exchange and transfer of race entries.

No. Race category and distance are strictly non-transferable. Participants who do not complete their race will not be issued the Finisher’s Medal.

You must have at least 17 years old on race day. If you have not yet reached the age of 17 years, then you are required to include a letter from the parents.

If you are already registered but then was unable to follow the race, then you can resign at any time. But, organizers will not refund the registration fee has been paid.

RACE PACK COLLECTION

Participants will receive a Race Pack containing of Race Number (BIB), Running Shirt, Timing Chip and goodies from our sponsors.

  • Thursday, 8 September 2016, 10:00 – 20:00 local time
  • Friday, 9 September 2016, 10:00 – 20:00 local time
  • Saturday, 10 September 2016, 10:00 – 18:00 local time

No. There will be NO Race Pack pick up on the Race Day.

Yes, you may authorize a representative to collect it on your behalf. Please download and complete the Letter of Authorization. Your representative must bring the following for collection:

  • Race confirmation email
  • Letter of Authorization
  • A copy of your ID card or Passport

No. We do not send anything by post or courier. All correspondence is done via email.

RACE DAY

Runners should line-up in their appropriate corral based on their race categories, should be any changes on the line up at the start line we will inform you earlier.

It is recommended that runners arrive two hours prior to their start time to proceed through the security checkpoint, drop off bags and line up in the appropriate corral.

No. There will be 2 different routes with different flag-off time for each of the following categories – 10K and 5K race. Participants will be disqualified, and no timing will be provided if they do not run in the category that they have registered for. Participants who do not start within 15 minutes from their respective flag-off times will be disqualified.

10K    : 2.5 hours
5 K     : 1.5 hours

The gun for 10K will fire at 06:00 a.m and for 5K will fire at 06:15. Any participants that do not make it to the finish line must board a sweep vehicle provided by the Organizer. The sweep vehicle will go around the course to check which will drop the participants off near the finish line.

Baggage deposit will be made available to all runners who wear bib number. Runners are encouraged to arrive early to deposit their bags and avoid any delay as a queue is expected. DO NOT BRING BAGGAGE TO THE START LINE. Unattended bags and packages will be removed from the premises.

*While maximum care and security will be enforced, the Race Organiser will not be responsible for any loss or damaged items. Participants who choose to use this service may do so at their own risk.

In view of the safety and well-being of the runners, the Organizer may decide to call off the race due to bad weather.

RACE DAY

If the race has to be cancelled, there will be no refund of fees paid. A later date of commencement may take place. However, the Organizer will review the situation and will announce more details at a later date.This is mainly because the Organizer will have to pay the vendors and the service providers for the works and the purchases which were made to prepare for the race.

Yes. Participants without their assigned race bib will be refused entry into the starting pen.

The first wave will be attended by approximately 1,000 participants have been determined based on the first line on race day, and they will start running at 06:00 pm -will be confirmed one week before the event. The next wave will immediately follow behind. If there are changes, you will be notified in www.compressportrun.id.

Yes, there will be a place that provides beverages for all participants at several locations along the race route.

Yes. And, with iconic buildings on either side as encouraging you to run.

Although Taman Mini Indonesia Indah has a lake, we did not include in the route.

You can prepare the most comfortable outfit, whatever the weather conditions. You can wear a t-shirt that was given at the time of taking the number of participants.

You can take advantage of the shuttle bus that we have provided on the fX Sudirman at 04.00 am, and return at 10:00 pm. For the shuttle bus, please register in advance at the Race Pack Collection.

When you use a private vehicle, move your vehicle to the parking area Purna Bhakti Pertiwi Museum, go through the main door, show the number bib COMPRESSPORT HERITAGE RUN 2016 (in lieu of entrance fees), and please you are heading to the area Keong Mas to immediately feel the excitement COMPRESSPORT HERITAGE 2016 RUN.

RUNNING SHIRT

Yes. You may do so via the Participants’ login page before 20 April 2016. No changes can be made after that date.
